We are seeking a hands-on Director of Information Technology to lead a lean, high-performing IT organization while driving several mission-critical initiatives across ERP, warehouse management, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall IT function, including enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, database administration, and end-user support.

• Complete the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Lead the migration of a mission-critical ERP platform from an on-premises environment to the cloud.

• Partner closely with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

• Improve cybersecurity, disaster recovery, network reliability, and overall IT governance.

• Lead and develop a small team of experienced technology professionals.

• Manage key technology vendors and implementation partners.

• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, reporting, analytics, and AI-driven productivity improvements across the organization.

Qualified candidates will typically possess experience with:

• ERP leadership (Epicor Prophet 21 experience highly desirable)

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Microsoft SQL Server

• Microsoft Azure

• Microsoft 365 / Entra ID

• Power BI

• Salesforce (preferred)

• Cloud migration initiatives

• Cybersecurity and infrastructure leadership

• Vendor management

• Leading small, highly capable IT teams

Compensation

• Base Salary: $160,000-$180,000

• Performance Bonus
