Director of IAM Platforms & Zero-Trust Strategy

The Hartford is seeking a Director of IAM Platforms to lead the enterprise identity strategy, manage Ping Identity and ForgeRock deployments, and govern risk across security controls. This hybrid role requires collaboration with risk, security, and IT teams in major US offices.

You will drive passwordless and Zero Trust initiatives, oversee federation standards (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2), and mentor a global IAM engineering team while communicating with senior leaders.
