Director of HR & People Experience (Onsite)

Tru is seeking a Director of HR to partner with the CFO and senior leaders, shaping people strategy for a fast-growing tech company in Durham. You will design scalable HR processes, lead talent acquisition, and champion an employee experience built to scale.

In this role, you’ll oversee recruiting, onboarding, and performance systems, drive engagement, compliance, and analytics, and coach managers to build high-performing teams across functions.
