Director of Hotel Sales — Flexible Schedule

Island Hospitality Management seeks a Director of Sales to lead the hotel's sales department in Garden Grove, CA. You will manage outside sales calls, site tours, and networking with local businesses to drive room night bookings.

You will forecast occupancy, develop promotional materials, and coordinate with the General Manager to meet REVPAR goals. Flexible scheduling may be required as the role demands.
