Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire housekeeping, patient dining, and guest services teams.
- Maintain strict compliance with healthcare sanitation, safety, and infection-control regulations.
- Manage departmental budgets, vendor relationships, and supply inventories.
- Audit facility cleanliness and food service quality daily to ensure top-tier standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety guidelines and environmental service protocols, along with CDM required.
