Seeking a highly motivated Director of Healthcare Partnerships, this full-time remote position will manage executive-level relationships with healthcare organizations to identify workforce challenges, develop partnership opportunities, and drive revenue growth through customized education and workforce solutions. Key responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with multi-state hospitals and healthcare organizations to generate new partnerships and revenue growth Identify workforce gaps and align solutions to organizational priorities, including recruitment and retention initiatives Generate new partnership opportunities through discovery meetings, tailored presentations, and negotiations for partnership agreements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) 10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise partnerships, or healthcare relationship management Proven success in driving revenue growth and developing partnerships within healthcare systems Ability to manage long consultative sales cycles and influence multi-stakeholder decision-making Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
