An established Assisted Living and Memory Care community in New Ulm, MN is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Director of Health Services to lead its health services team and make a lasting impact on the lives of residents.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee all health services and care planning for residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of compassion and excellence.
• Promote a high standard of resident-centered care and customer service.
• Play a vital role in enhancing resident satisfaction and health outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Must be 21 years or older .
• Previous experience in senior living or long-term care settings preferred.

This is a full-time Monday - Friday position with an on-call rotation
