Director of Health Center Operations

HealthPoint in Renton, WA is seeking a Health Center Business Director I to lead operations across its network, guiding strategy, staff, and patient experience in line with the organization’s mission and fiscal goals.

The role partners with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality care and strong business performance, coaches leaders, and drives continuous improvement using Lean methods. A seven-year leadership track and advanced degree are preferred.
