Director of Growth & Capture Excellence

Karman Space & Defense is seeking a leader to run its centralized growth organization in Huntington Beach, driving the conversion of a growing pipeline into a predictable backlog. You will oversee capture governance, competitive intelligence, price-to-win, long-range planning, and government relations.

This role partners with segment leadership and Finance to build a bottoms-up forecast, govern CRM and tools, and ensure data quality for executive forecasting.
