Director of Government Partnerships

Owning Vanta's partner function for the public sector, the full-time Director of Government Partnerships will develop and implement the partner strategy, manage partner relationships, and drive revenue growth through government sales while working remotely. Key responsibilities Define and execute the V4G partner strategy, including partner archetypes and coverage models for Federal and SLED markets Manage the V4G partner-sourced pipeline and establish metrics for partner performance and network coverage Build and lead the V4G partnerships team, setting performance standards and developing direct partner relationships Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in public sector channel management or partnerships Deep familiarity with Federal and SLED go-to-market motions and compliance programs like FedRAMP and CMMC 5+ years of experience in people management and performance oversight Proven track record of managing revenue targets through partner relationships Experience building and scaling partner networks within cybersecurity or compliance-related fields
