To enhance field readiness, the full-time remote Director of Global Enablement will design, develop, and execute enablement learning programs that empower customer-facing teams, translating business priorities into impactful learning experiences. Key responsibilities Identify gaps in knowledge and skills with field managers, translating them into targeted learning programs Own the design and delivery of enablement learning programs across various topics, ensuring quality and learner engagement Define success metrics for programs and measure effectiveness to drive continuous improvement Required qualifications 6-10 years of experience in enablement, training, or learning program management in a SaaS environment Proven ability to design and deliver high-volume learning programs that drive behavior change Exceptional relationship-building skills with high emotional intelligence Strong ownership of programs from concept to delivery, with problem-solving capabilities Deep understanding of customer-facing roles in SaaS
