Leading the global compensation function, the full-time remote Director of Global Compensation will design and manage compensation programs, oversee the Compensation Team, and serve as a strategic partner to various internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance and equity in compensation practices. Key responsibilities Drive the design and execution of global compensation programs, including broad-based pay and annual cycles Manage and develop the Compensation team, fostering a high-performing culture with clear role clarity and professional development Build and optimize analytics and reporting capabilities to inform workforce planning and leadership recommendations Required qualifications 10+ years of progressive compensation experience in a high-growth technology or global company, with public-company experience preferred Deep expertise in broad-based compensation, including salary structures, market pricing, and pay equity Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS and compensation technology Excellent judgment and stakeholder-management skills to influence across various departments
