Job Summary

As the Director of Front Office, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maximizing revenue opportunities. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, handling guest inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Proven experience in a front office management role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in property management systems and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement front office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality service.
• Train, supervise, and support front desk staff.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, resolve guest issues, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze front desk performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Manage room inventory, rates, and reservations to maximize revenue.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Hotel Administration or relevant field.
• Multilingual abilities.
• Experience with revenue management and budgeting.
