Director of FP&A — Strategic Forecasting & Exec Reporting

Sentry is seeking a Director of FP&A to own planning, forecasting, and operating rhythms across the company. You will lead the financial model, headcount planning, and Board reporting while partnering with Accounting during close.

This hands-on leadership role requires rebuilding processes, deep analysis, and independence in a fast-moving environment. You will report to the VP of Finance & Strategy and manage an FP&A Manager focused on cloud and AI infrastructure costs.
