Director of Food Services & Kitchen Leadership

Raymer Oil- (Fast Phils, Run In, IGA, FairValue) is seeking a Food Service Director to oversee the food service division across multiple store locations. You will develop menus, order supplies, manage budgets, and ensure consistent kitchen operations and safety standards.

You will lead and train Deli Managers and kitchen staff, monitor performance, enforce recipes and specifications, maintain inventory, and keep the kitchens clean and organized to deliver quality food and service.
