We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Director of Financial Reporting to fulfill an immediate need. This individual will be responsible for: Own the financial reporting function to include the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and deliverablesLead all GAAP and statutory reporting, including Annual and Quarterly Statements and related disclosuresDirect the MARS audit process end-to end, including planning, coordination, testing support, and final deliverables.Serve as the technical accounting lead, providing guidance on complex and non-routine transactionsProvide guidance on complex accounting issues, document conclusions, and defend positions with auditorsEstablish and maintain accounting policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with evolving GAAP and statutory requirementsAd hoc work as assigned We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of: 5+ years of experience (from a blend of public accounting and Insurance industry)Must have experience filing SEC Reporting- 10K and 10Q statements Property & Casualty insurance experience is preferredCPA preferred If your background, skills, and interest match the following; please apply online to ensure your credentials are reviewed by a skilled recruiter immediately and also email your resume to Mary Katherine Womack at We look forward to working with you on this opportunity.
