Senior Finance leader accountable for strategic finance business partnering to Global. The role supports Function Heads and leadership teams by embedding financial insight, challenge, and enterprise perspective into function-level strategy, prioritisation, and execution decisions.

• Act as the lead Finance adviser to Function Heads and senior leadership teams.
• Embed Finance into function-level strategic and operational decision-making through insight, challenge, and recommendation
• Provide financial leadership for function with responsibility for a budget across multiple regions/business units.
• Own the financial planning, forecasting, and performance outcomes for the function, ensuring delivery against financial targets and alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Build strong senior-level relationships to influence priorities and outcomes within the function
• Represent Finance perspectives within the function and promote alignment with broader enterprise objectives.
• Lead senior-level performance discussions focused on function and portfolio performance, drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Provide forward‑looking insight to support improved outcomes and corrective action
• Drive cost discipline, productivity, and value optimisation within the function
• Escalate material risks and opportunities where enterprise alignment or intervention is required.
• Lead financial evaluation of significant function-level initiatives and investments
• Frame options, trade‑offs, and implications to support senior leadership decisions
• Ensure recommendations are supported by robust analysis and transparent assumptions
• Influence decisions by shaping alternatives within the function’s strategic context.
• Apply and enforce financial governance frameworks to ensure disciplined decision‑making
• Review and challenge business cases and investment proposals within the function
• Ensure compliance with Finance policies, controls, and approval requirements.
• Strengthen accountability and transparency within the functional decision process.
