To support the growth of a dealer management SaaS company, the full-time remote Director of Financial Operations will oversee billing operations, procurement, accounts payable, and expense management while leading a high-performing team and ensuring operational excellence across multiple business functions. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Financial Operations organization, establishing KPIs and creating scalable documentation Oversee billing operations and manage accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies Design and implement a credit desk function to manage dealer credit risk and establish credit policies Required Qualifications 10+ years of financial operations, accounting operations, or revenue operations experience 4+ years of leadership experience managing large teams Strong understanding of SaaS workflows, billing, AP, and expense processes Expertise with systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce Advanced Excel proficiency
