Director of Financial Accounting & Compliance

Houston Methodist seeks a Director of Financial Accounting to oversee general ledger integrity and timely financial reporting for HM entities. You will lead a skilled team, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and external audits.

Responsibilities include governance of the monthly/annual close, internal controls, and interaction with HM's Finance Committee and external firms. CPA, 5+ years in healthcare accounting with leadership experience are required.
