Director of Finance

We’re looking for a Director of Finance to guide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis while partnering with senior leadership to drive growth and efficiency. This role is central to shaping financial strategy and ensuring accuracy across all operations.

Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis.
• Deliver insights and recommendations that drive smarter business decisions.
• Build models and reports that translate data into action.
• Partner with business leaders to align financial strategies with company goals.
• Strengthen internal controls, streamline processes, and embrace automation.
• Lead and mentor a small finance team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Bonus points for: real estate experience, Yardi software knowledge, cash/treasury management expertise, or automation/analytics exposure.
