Onsite Full Time Corporate Finance & Strategic Planning

The Director of Finance serves as the senior finance leader for the Heat business, partnering directly with the GM and leadership team to drive profitable growth, operational performance, and strategic execution. This role combines FP&A leadership, business partnership, operational finance, and team leadership across a multi-site manufacturing organization. The Director of Finance will lead forecasting, planning, performance management, pricing analysis, working capital improvement, and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership & Strategy

  • Serve as the primary finance partner to the Heat leadership team.
  • Provide financial insight and decision support for growth, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead financial analysis for investments, pricing actions, and operational improvements.
  • Own the annual budget, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Lead monthly business reviews and performance reporting.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and drive actions to improve results.

Operations & Commercial Finance

  • Partner with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to improve profitability and cash flow.
  • Support pricing strategy, margin expansion, inventory management, and working capital initiatives.
  • Develop KPIs and reporting to improve business decision-making.

Leadership & Transformation

  • Lead and develop the Heat finance organization.
  • Support ERP implementation and business transformation initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and business partnership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial businesses.
  • Strong background in FP&A, business partnering, and operational finance.
  • Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • MBA and/or CPA preferred.

The successful candidate will operate as the financial leader for the Heat business, combining strong analytical capabilities with hands-on business partnership. They will influence decisions, improve performance, develop talent, and help shape the future direction of the organization
