Hotel/Resort/Country Club Director Of FinanceWe are seeking an experienced Hotel/Resort/Country Club Director of Finance to join our leadership team. Reporting to the Managing Partner, this role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and development of the accounting team.ResponsibilitiesManage all accounting functions and month-end close processes.Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reports.Experience with hotel, golf, spa and membershipSupport budgeting, forecasting, and labor management initiatives.Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.Coordinate internal and external audits.Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.Serve as the accounting leader in the absence of the Director of Finance.Qualifications3+ years of accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.Experience with hotel systems, POS, and Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on accounting leader seeking growth with a dynamic, respected hospitality organization.
