About The Role
… As Director of Finance, you’ll partner directly with our Sr. Director of Finance, helping build the company’s financial and operating foundations while scaling the business with operational excellence. This is a highly strategic and hands on leadership role, ideal for someone who is comfortable switching between strategy and execution, loves building systems, and optimizing overall performance.
Where you come in:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to support fast, informed decisions
Run the monthly close and financial reporting, working closely with external partners
Drive capital allocation and ROI thinking, ensuring spend is intentional and aligned to priority
Act as the connective tissue across Finance, Accounting, Commercial, & Operations
Own the company planning cadence - annual planning, quarterly re-forecasts, and ongoing prioritization
Define, track, and evolve core KPIs and performance dashboards
Establish lightweight but effective operating rhythms, accountability, and decision-making frameworks
Translate strategy into clear operating plans, resourcing decisions, and execution focus
Partner closely with the Sr. Director of Finance on prioritization, trade offs and day to day execution
Your profile:
Prior manufacturing finance leadership experience
Background spanning finance, operations, or general management
Strong grasp of financial fundamentals - budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and unit economics
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and figuring things out as you go
Naturally structured and pragmatic - able to bring order without slowing teams down
Collaborative leader who can work cross-functionally and earn trust quickly
