Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and overall financial planning activities.
• Partner with company leadership to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic growth.
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes and reporting.
• Develop and track key financial metrics and operational KPIs.
• Support audits, compliance efforts, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of finance and accounting experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders across multiple departments.
• Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or medical device environments is a plus but not required.
