With more than 50 office locations, our client is growing and ready for talented people to help build their future.Position responsibilities include:Prepare timely and accurate analyses, summaries, and reports of financial data on the operating progress of the companyRevise and maintain established cash flow projection processes and reporting structuresWork with the CFO to routinely review revenue cycle metrics to identify and address issues affecting overall performance proactivelyAssist the CFO in compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory matters and requirementsLiaise with finance partners, banks, and other vendorsIdentify areas of inefficiency, make recommendations, and develop action plansGenerate forecasts and run scenario analyses, so the company can be predictive and proactive for the futureAssist the CFO in reporting company’s financial resultsPartner with senior leaders to ensure the financial needs of the business are being met and advise them on the financial strategy of the firmAdvise senior leadership and other executives on how to maintain the company’s economic health and strong growthPosition qualifications include:In-depth knowledge of financial benchmarking, accounting, audit and tax compliance and other regulatory mattersDemonstrated leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadershipInnate ability to turn numbers into information, and to communicate the same to the stakeholders of the company who do not have accounting or finance backgroundsPrior experience in the Professional Services Industry (engineering preferred), investment banking, or “big 4” management consulting is a plusA bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is preferredA Certified Public Accounting License is strongly preferredEmissary Recruiting Solutions and its Clients/Affiliates are equal opportunity employers who zealously support and advance diversity in the workplace.
