Pay Range: $160,000.00 to $180,000.00

Your Role in Our Mission

• Partnerwith COO to develop financial plans, forecasts, and performance targets
• Assistwith preparation of monthly business review reports for Global Operations
• Leadmonthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processesfor Operations
• ProvideFP&A support to Operations for S&OP lifecycle including coordinationwith plant controllers to develop and maintain capacity forecasts
• Understanddrivers/actions beyond the numbers, provide insight and makerecommendations for actions to management and other stakeholders withclear objective to continuously improve financial performance
• Helpimprove decision making by creating a culture of P&L ownership andcost follow up in Operations and help production leaders understandfinancial performance for theirfacilities
• Give Operationsleaders a clear understanding of cost base and help drive cost managementinitiatives
• Workclosely with Operations leaders and their staff to drive performance andmonitoring of KPI’s including building dashboards and reporting tools thatimprove visibility
• Assist Operations in developing and maintaining standard costing models
• Workwith Group Finance to develop and maintain Production Unit P&Ls
• Preparemonthly management reporting packages and executive-level financialpresentations
• Utilizedata analytics and business intelligence tools to automate reporting andimprove decision-making processes
• Monitoractual results versus forecast and budget; provide variance analysis andrecommendations for corrective actions
• Collaboratewith Accounting during month-end close processes to ensure accuratefinancial reporting
• Identifyopportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automationacross FP&A activities
• Supportad-hoc financial modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic projects asneeded

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, orrelated field required
• MBApreferred
• Knowledge Required
• Strongunderstanding of manufacturing activities, standard costing, variance /absorption, cycle times, value-stream mapping, capacity planning, OOE /OEE, etc.
• Experiencewith Power BI for dashboard development, reporting automation, and datavisualization or other data analytics, business intelligence or planningtools
• Strongfinancial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skillsExperiencecoordinating capacity planning and cross-functional forecasting processes
• Advancedproficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems
