Director of Finance, FP&A

A large, privately-held organization is seeking a high-performing finance leader to serve as a strategic partner to the CFO while helping drive the next generation of financial planning, analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

This role is ideal for a strong FP&A Manager, Director of FP&A, Finance Director, or Finance Transformation professional looking to take on broader responsibility and position themselves for future executive leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Serve as a key partner and successor candidate to a highly respected CFO
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and business analysis initiatives
• Drive reporting enhancements, analytics, and finance transformation projects
• Partner with operational leaders across the organization
• Help evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools and automation
