The Richmond Group USA is working on a Director of Finance opportunity with a tech-savvy manufacturer in the ag/farm space that is helping modern farms run smarter, cleaner, and more efficiently.

This is a true Director-level seat working directly with the CEO. They need someone who can lead the team, get into the numbers, improve how the business uses data, and help drive better decisions across the organization.

It's a chance to help lead a growing North American business through transformation, scaling, better analytics, stronger processes, and more strategic decision-making.

The right person will be able to:

• Lead and develop a finance team
