Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Budgeting: Guide the yearly budget process across all departments.
- Cash Flow: Manage daily cash flow and monitor company investments.
- KPI Dashboards: Build tracking tools for sales performance and inventory margins.
- Compliance: Make sure all financial practices follow local and federal tax laws.
- Team Leadership: Manage and train the accounting and payroll staff.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- Experience: 5+ years of financial management experience. Building supply or retail industry experience is a big plus.
