Director of Finance & HR Operations

The Franklin Regional Council of Governments seeks a Director of Finance to lead the agency’s financial operations and support key human resources functions during a period of transition.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the role oversees budgeting, grants, audits, and financial systems while collaborating across departments and with member communities. A CPA or master’s is a plus; seven+ years of relevant public finance experience is preferred.
