Director of Finance Analytics

Managing financial operations and reporting, the full-time remote Director of Finance Analytics will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and the development of key performance metrics while ensuring compliance with financial standards. Key responsibilities Research, implement, and maintain financial accounting systems and processes Direct the preparation of accurate financial reports and manage state and regulatory compliance filings Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, delivering insights to executive leadership Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting; MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced financial credential preferred 7 to 10 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting position Advanced proficiency in SQL and business intelligence dashboard tools Experience with Microsoft Suite, including advanced Excel and Word skills Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations
