Director of Field Operations – Water & Sewer Utilities

The City of St. Peters is seeking a Director of Field Operations to oversee the Sanitary Collection Systems and Water Distribution Systems. This leadership role will supervise Field Operations and Utility Locate teams, manage budgets, and shape policies for maintenance, projects, and regulatory compliance.

You will guide long-term planning, ensure emergency plan readiness, and manage procurement and contracts while maintaining safety standards and community service excellence.
