If you know how to run a tight ship in the field, love developing strong teams, and take pride in a job done right — we want to hear from you.What You'll Do:Lead and manage all field crews handling residential, commercial, and auto glass jobsKeep schedules tight, jobs on-time, and quality consistently highBe the go-to leader for your technicians — training them up and having their backsWork closely with our office and sales team to keep every job running smoothly from quote to completionOwn safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction out in the fieldWhat We're Looking For:5+ years leading field teams in construction, glass/glazing, or a related tradeA natural leader who can train, motivate, and hold a team accountableSomeone organized enough to juggle multiple crews and job sites without dropping the ballValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to be on job sites and active in the field — this isn't a desk jobWhy Freddy's Glass:Locally owned and respected name in Waco and Central TexasLeadership role with real influence over how the company operatesCompetitive pay based on experience, plus growth opportunity as the company expands
