An established, growing business is looking for a Director of Feed Sales to lead and build out its presence across the region.

This is a profitable, well-supported operation with strong customer relationships and real momentum. The team is lean, decisions are made quickly, and leadership has the autonomy to make an impact. This is not a corporate, sit-back role—you’ll be expected to step in, evaluate the team, and drive performance.

You’ll lead a group across outside sales, formulation, support, and ingredient merchandising. The focus is simple: build a team that can grow volume while protecting margin . That means setting direction, creating accountability, and staying close to both customers and the market.

This role will remain hands‑on. You’ll stay involved with key accounts, work closely with merchandising and operations, and help shape programs that bring real value to customers.
