Director of Federal Execution Compliance

Aecon is seeking a Director, Execution Compliance in Charlotte, NC to lead the federal compliance program for the U.S. projects.

You will implement, administer, and continuously improve plans and processes to ensure compliant project execution across the Federal Services Operations. The role reports to the Senior Director, Federal Compliance and requires deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS/DEAR, export controls, cybersecurity, and FOCI.
