Director of Facility Maintenance

Canyon Vista Post-Acute is seeking a Maintenance Director to plan, organize, develop, and direct the Maintenance Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. The role oversees safety, budgets, vendor management, and interdepartmental coordination to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

The position requires supervisory experience, knowledge of boilers and building systems, and the ability to read blueprints.
