Director of Facility Maintenance & Safety

Pleasanton North Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, organize and direct the Maintenance Department in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. You will ensure safety, schedule maintenance, and coordinate with other departments to maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, knowledge of building systems, and the ability to read blueprints; you will manage budgets, supervise staff, and
