Leading the development and implementation of compensation strategies, the full-time remote Director of Executive Compensation will shape specialized pay programs, oversee various pay structures, and innovate compensation practices to enhance employee engagement. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement compensation strategies as part of the total rewards framework Manage salary range development, job descriptions, evaluations, and salary surveys Administer executive compensation plans and improve overall compensation practices Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance required; or 4-6 years of equivalent experience Master's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred At least 7 years of experience in the Compensation field Experience with Executive Compensation and exposure to healthcare compensation is ideal Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
