Director of Equitable Humanities Design & Impact

ACLS seeks a collaborative Director, Intentional Design for an Equitable Academy (IDEA) to lead innovative initiatives across the humanities. The role reports to the President, manages a seven-person team, and builds partnerships in philanthropy and academia.

The ideal candidate has a PhD in humanities or social sciences, 6+ years of leadership experience, and a strong track record in policy, fundraising, and DEI. Hybrid work and NYC commuting distance are required.
