Confido is seeking a Director of Implementation to own the end-to-end onboarding for new customers. You will turn signed contracts into live deployments, coordinating with customers, product, CS, and sales to design scalable processes from kickoff through go-live.
The ideal candidate has managed complex enterprise rollouts in B2B SaaS, consulting, or a CPG context, with strong project management and a builder mindset. This role reports to the Head of Implementation and is based in NYC.
