This is a hands-on leadership role—you’ll stay close to code and solve complex integrations while guiding the team toward a code-first, AI-forward approach.
You’ll own delivery for 250+ enterprise partners, working on Voice AI, call routing, and emergency service integrations at scale, mentoring staff and shaping standards.
