Director of Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing.

Preferred Requirements:

• Demonstrated success leading engineering strategy and innovation initiatives.
• Experience partnering with customers, suppliers, and commercial teams

The successful Director of Engineering will provide strategic leadership for the engineering organization, overseeing product development, innovation, and technical execution from concept through commercialization. This leader will partner closely with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and customers to develop innovative products, improve engineering processes, and support long-term business growth within a high-volume production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Engineering organization while overseeing product design, development, testing, and commercialization
• Partner with customers, Sales, and Operations to develop innovative solutions and support business growth initiatives
• Drive engineering excellence through continuous improvement, product innovation, and effective resource utilization
• Manage new product development programs to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer requirements
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to support product development and manufacturing readiness
