Director of Engineering - Institutional Risk Technology

We are seeking a Director of Engineering to lead a growing Institutional Engineering organization focused on delivering innovative risk and analytics solutions for institutional investors. This role will oversee multiple engineering teams and engineering leaders, with approximately 20-25 direct and indirect reports, while partnering closely with Product, Go-to-Market, and client-facing stakeholders to deliver complex, enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will come from an investment bank, asset manager, hedge fund, private equity firm, fintech, market data provider, or risk technology company and possess deep expertise in Credit Risk and/or Market Risk platforms, financial risk frameworks, and institutional investment workflows.
