Director of Engineering — FinTech ERP & AI Platform

Campfire is building the AI-native ERP for modern finance teams. We are hiring Directors of Engineering to lead a growing org of 25–40 engineers across 3–5 teams, reporting to the CTO.

You will hire and develop engineering managers, shape team structure, and own planning, shipping, and operations. The role emphasizes governance, security, and scale, with a strong focus on auditability and enterprise readiness.
