Millennium is seeking a Director of Engineering to serve as the operational leader for the Engineering Business Unit. You’ll drive delivery execution, unit economics, and scale, partnering with the VP of Strategic Solutions to align commercial and operational goals.
You will own margins, budgeting, and staffing, design KPI frameworks, and oversee monthly reporting while developing leadership bench strength and ensuring client retention and long-term profitability.
