This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient performance of all systems while driving team development and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities• Lead, train, and manage the Engineering team• Oversee maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and structural systems• Manage preventive maintenance programs• Develop and manage budgets; perform cost and ROI analysis• Oversee capital projects, renovations, and vendor contracts• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations• Communicate with local regulatory agencies as needed• Interpret construction drawings and building plansLeadership & Team Development• Hire, coach, and evaluate team members• Drive ongoing training and development programs• Maintain high performance, engagement, and accountabilityQualifications• 5+ years of engineering experience in hospitality or similar environment• Strong leadership and communication skills• Experience with building systems and preventive maintenance programs• Financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, ROI analysis)• Ability to read technical drawings• Proficiency in Microsoft Office• Degree and/or certifications preferredCompensation:$90,000 - $95,000Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
