VC Stack, based in New York City, is seeking a seasoned leader to manage acquisitions in the clean energy sector. This role focuses on sourcing and executing investments in solar, wind, and other renewable technologies, aiming to drive impactful, sustainable projects.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in M&A or investment, strong financial modeling abilities, and proven success in transaction closures. A competitive base salary ranging from $195K to $300K+, along with bonuses, is offered.
