Director of Employee Relations & HR Compliance

Alliant Credit Union in Chicago, IL seeks a Director of Employee Relations & HR Compliance to guide employment law, ER governance, and HR policy strategy. You will work with legal to ensure compliant practices and advise HR leaders across the employee lifecycle in a hybrid work setting.
