Director of Employee Benefits

Leading the Employee Benefits function, the full-time Director of Employee Benefits will manage benefits strategy and compliance while collaborating with HR and Finance Leadership to ensure competitive offerings that align with organizational objectives, all in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Provide strategic leadership in the design, development, implementation, and communication of the company's benefits, wellness, and leave programs Evaluate and manage relationships with vendors, brokers, and carriers to ensure a positive employee experience and organizational value Develop and implement communication strategies regarding benefits, paid time off, financial savings, and leave programs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience PHR, SPHR, or other HR-related certifications strongly preferred 12 years of progressive experience in developing and implementing global Employee Benefit programs 5 years of experience leading teams in Employee Benefits Strong knowledge of regulations related to Self-funded Insurance Plans, ERISA, FMLA, and COBRA
