Director of Early Childhood Education & School Leadership

Children of America, Inc. seeks a School Director to lead a dynamic team and oversee daily operations across our early childhood programs in Ohio (Maineville).

You will supervise teachers and support staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive enrollment growth while delivering high-quality care for infants through school age. The ideal candidate holds a CDA, has 2+ years of licensed childcare leadership, and demonstrates strong organizational, decision-making, and technology skills.
